JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Saurav Kumar, Advocate For the State : Mr. Satish Prasad, APP -------- Order No. 02/Dated: 25th February 2026 Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) along with 3(5) of B.N.S, 2023 in connection with S.T. Case No. 156 of 2025 arising out of Kuchai PS Case No. 30 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikela. 3. Learned panel lawyer appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no direct allegation against this petitioner and the allegation whatsoever is of general in nature. He further submits that the charge- sheet has already been submitted on 31.06.2025 and charge has also been framed on 04.09.2025 and out of seven prosecution witnesses four have been examined and the petitioner is in custody for almost one year. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there is specific allegation against this petitioner and four witnesses have already been examined as such granting bail to this petitioner at this stage would not suffice the justice. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also the fact that out of seven charges-sheeted witnesses, four have been 2026:JHHC:5616 2 examined as such I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above- named, on bail at this stage. However, learned trial Court is requested to conclude the trial as early as possible. 6. The instant bail application stands dismissed.
