This application is filed by the applicant, through his representative for temporary bail. 2. Having heard and perusing the papers available on record, the temporary bail application which has been filed before the Trial Court at the stage of delivery of the wife of accused, at that time wife of the accused was taking care at Moolchand Public Free Dispensary Trust and on 30.09.2026, the wife of accused delivered a baby and the hospital bill has to be paid. No documents have been produced alongwith the application to show that any amount is to be paid to the hospital. The present application is filed by mother-in-law of the accused on the ground of paying amount to the hospital. Considering the fact that the present application has been recently arrested on 15.06.2025 and in view of the fact that no justifiable reasons have been given in the application for grant of temporary bail and no documents are produced to show that any amount to be paid to the hospital.
