Mr. Pushpinder Singh Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents-State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 15.02.2026 (Annexure P-3), specifically mentioning therein that his case is covered by the judgment passed in CWP 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 No.2274 of 2021, titled, Satya Devi vs. State of H.P. and others, along with connected petitions, decided on 28.05.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that his client would be satisfied, in case, a direction is given to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 15.02.2026 (Annexure P-3) in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in aforementioned case. 4. Faced with this situation, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the competent authority shall decide the representation and in case the claim of the petitioner is akin to the facts of the aforementioned case, similar benefits will be extended to the petitioner. 5. Keeping in view the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today, and in case the 3 petitioner is similarly situate as that of the petitioners in the writ petition mentioned above, decided on 28.05.2024, the similar benefits be extended to him within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 6.
