Considering the facts of the present case, earlier when the applicant was released on temporary bail from 13.01.2025 to 19.01.2025, he was absconding for 53 days, and thereafter arrested by the Police on 13.03.2025. The jail conduct of the applicant is also not good. Moreover, no justifiable reasons have been given in the application for grant of temporary bail. Hence, no case is made out.
