And In the matter of : Juli Kumari ……Petitioner. Mr. Sabir Ahmed Mr. Dhiman Banerjee ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Kallol Mondal, Ld. PP Mr. L. Vishal Kumar Mr. Arindam Banerjee ….for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for about 1 year and 8 months. There are no materials to suggest that there are admissible evidence so that the petitioner can be charged on the grounds of trafficking. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is involved in the racket of trafficking. To that effect, there are money transactions with the principal accused. Documents to that effect has been placed before this Court. 2 Having considered the complicity of the present petitioner in respect of such heinous offence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 1852 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
