It is contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that after registration of the case, the petitioner has approached the second respondent requesting to take necessary action on the complaint given by her but the respondent police have not initiated any action and no investigation has been conducted and hence, the present original petition is filed. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registration of the FIR, the investigation has been conducted and now the case has been closed and the closure report has been filed before the concerned court. 3.The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor regarding closure of the case and the filing of the closure report before the concerned court is recorded.
