Goverdhan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayers:- 1. In CRMP No. 426/2021- It is therefore most humbly prayed by the petitioner that, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and the impugned order dated 12.03.2021, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Saraipali, District Mahasamund (C.G.), passed in Criminal Revision No. 04/2021 (Annex. P-1) may kindly be quashed, and the application filed by the petitioner /accused u/s 45 of India Evidence Act, may kindly be allowed, in the interest of justice. 3 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitions have become infructuous as the trial has already been concluded. 4.
