JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner, which is stated to be administering charitable educational institutions, imparting primary, secondary and pre-university education has the sought for appropriate relief to direct respondents No.1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation at Annexure- C. 2. In terms of the representation at Annexure-C, the petitioner has asserted that none of the staff who are recipient of grant-in-aid are taking benefit and the petitioner themselves are taking care of all the financial needs of the staff. 3. It is further asserted that the petitioner has resolved to voluntarily surrender the status of aided institution and continue as an unaided and self-financed educational institution. It is submitted that though such representation is made on 12.08.2026, till date, no action is taken. 4.
