ORAL JUDGMENT
(PER: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN)
The learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo for retirement and submits that the appellants have been duly informed about the retirement through e-mail. The copy of the mail is also placed on record.
2. However, we notice that this appeal has been pending against an interim order passed by the learned Single Judge from May 2023 onwards. There are 15 office objections that have not been complied with till date. The learned counsel would submit that he has no instructions in the matter.
3. Having considered the contentions advanced and in view of the fact that the matter is pending without compliance of office objections for the past three years and that the writ petition is admittedly pending, we are of the opinion that nothing survives for consideration in this appeal. The appeal is accordingly, dismissed for non-compliance of office objections. Sd/- (ANU SIVARAMAN) JUDGE
