The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, due to an inadvertent mistake, the father’s name of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as Poongan instead of Seenuvasan in the anticipatory bail petition. He also produced a copy of the Aadhaar Card of the petitioner to substantiate the same and sought amendment of the father’s name of the petitioner. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection to allowing this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
