This application has been filed under Section 430 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence and for allowing the applicant to remain on previous bail. 3. I have gone through the impugned judgment. I have also considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 4. It is hereby directed that the sentence imposed upon the applicant Md. Habej Ali @ Habij by the learned Sessions Judge, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur, Assam vide impugned judgment dated 03.12.2025 in Sessions Case No.83(NL)/2023 shall remain suspended till disposal of the appeal. 5. It is further directed that the applicant Md. Habej Ali @ Habij is allowed to remain on previous bail till disposal of the connected appeal.
