The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 352 of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have caused grievous injury to one Naveen Kumar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute, altercation took place. Both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.09.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted. 5.
