Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and
learned counsel representing the respondents.
2.
In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the Admit Card of the petitioner could not be downloaded, which deprived the petitioner from appearing in the Examination, which was held for appointment to the post of “Madhyamik Acharya”, in the State of Jharkhand, pursuant to Advertisement No.02/2025, published by the Jharkhand Staff Selection
2026:JHHC:5648 2
Commission (JSSC).
3.
Admittedly, the examination has already been conducted.
4.
Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that due to some technical glitch; the Admit Card of the petitioner could not be downloaded from 12th January, 2026 onwards till the last date of Examination i.e. 23rd January, 2026. However, he admits that the Examination is already over, as the same was held from 15th January, 2026 to 23rd January, 2026. He also admits that on 06th January, 2026, the respondents had published a notice that the Admit Card can be downloaded from 12th January,
2026.
5.
If that be so, this Court fails to understand as to why the petitioner had filed this writ petition on 10th February, 2026. The petitioner should have immediately approached this Court on 13th / 14th January, 2026, which she failed to do so. Further, I find that the petitioner had given a wrong e-mail Id, which may be a ground that the petitioner was not allowed access for downloading the Admit Card, which fact is evident from her representation which she filed on 19.01.2026 i.e. after commencement of the Examination.
6.
Considering the fact that Examination has already been held, no relief can be granted to this petitioner.
7.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
