The Zilla Parishad and the Panchayat are not represented despite service. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners raised construction comprising several flats upon sanction for the same being granted by the Zilla Parishad. The construction is complete and completion certificate has been granted by the Project Engineer. The petitioners applied before the Zilla Parishad for grant of completion certificate in respect of the said project on 20th August, 2025 which is yet to be considered. The petitioners seek consideration of the same. In view of the fact that the application filed by the petitioners is pending before the Zilla Sabhadhipati, being the 2nd respondent herein, since long, the said respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same within four weeks from the date of communication of this order upon 2 granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioners in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioners within a week thereof. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
