The applicant has filed this criminal revision against the order dated 22.07.2023 passed by learned Family Court, Camp Court, Katghora, District – Korba (C.G.) in Misc. Criminal Case No.124/2022, whereby, the learned Family Court partly allowed the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondents and directed the applicant to pay Rs.4,000/- per month to respondent No.1, Rs.2,500/- per month to respondent No.2 and Rs.2,500/- per month to respondent No.2, towards maintenance. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that vide order dated 13.08.2024, this Court referred the matter to the Mediation Centre, as there was a possibility of reunion. In compliance thereof, the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre. 3. As per the report dated 06.09.2024 submitted by the Mediator in Mediation R. No. M/196/2024 (arising out of CRR No.713/2024 titled Laxmi Singh Rajput Vs. Smt. Premlata Rajput), the parties have amicably settled their dispute. It has been recorded that respondent No.1 has agreed to withdraw the application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., and the applicant has agreed to withdraw the present criminal revision. The settlement agreement 3 has been reduced into writing and forms part of the mediation record. The mediation proceedings have accordingly been concluded as “Settled”. 4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre and in order to give quietus to the dispute, the present criminal revision stands disposed of.
