By presenting this writ petition, petitioners have prayed for direction for consideration of representation dated 24th August, 2026 and demarcation of their plots. 3. It is pointed out by learned advocate representing State respondents in reference to statements made in paragraph 4 of writ petition that there was a decree passed by civil court in a partition suit. 4. If petitioners approach civil court in connection with partition suit, in that event for demarcation of plots orders/decree passed by the civil court needs to be followed. Police authority is not the appropriate authority to demarcate plots of petitioners. 5. Hence, present writ petition is not entertained and same stands dismissed. 6.
