It is also informed to this Court that the Hon’ble Division Bench was also pleased to grant an Order of Interim Stay in the matter. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the Order, which is alleged as having been wilfullyviolated by the respondents, is subject matter of Appeal before the Hon’ble Division Bench, and the Hon’ble Division Bench having granted interim stay, this Court is of the view that the present Contempt Petition cannot be proceeded with.
