Admittedly the petitioners have obtained much lesser marks than the last selected candidate as per the State merit list and also as per the District-wise merit list. It is also admitted that none of the candidates who have obtained lesser marks than the petitioners have been appointed on the post of Trained Graduate Teacher in Government Secondary School. Thus, the petitioners cannot be appointed nor can be granted any relief in this case. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed. 4. If in future it is found that any person has obtained lesser marks than the petitioners has been appointed, it will be open to the petitioners to approach the JSSC.
