The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 8 (c) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.7696 of 2026 dated 09.04.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Salem Town Police Station, Bazaar Street, Anna Colony, Salem, every day at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation” is modified to the effect that “the petitioners, being women, shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Salem Town Police Station, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 10935 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 Bazaar Street, Anna Colony, Salem, as and when required for interrogation.
