The petitioners, above-named who are in custody since 19.10.2025 have prayed for regular bail in connection with Hiranpur (Pakur) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 118(2), 117(2), 109, 308(3), 132, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioners that general and omnibus allegations have been levelled against five named accused persons and one unknown. The specific overt-act of assault has been attributed against one Manoj Yadav, and the petitioners being family members have been falsely implicated in the case. It is also submitted that there is no material to show any grievous injury was caused to any members of the Police Party. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. It is submitted that one of the members of the Police party has sustained head injury. Considering the submissions of the parties, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
