By way of present petition, the petitioner submits that he has made a representation on 03.01.2026 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.1, regarding his transfer to a soft area, since he as per the averments made in the petition had the additional charge of Central Veterinary Dispensary Tikkri, Tehsil Chirgaon, District Shimla, from April, 2015 to August, 2017 (Annexure P-4), which was a difficult Sub-Cadre area. It is averred that the petitioner was transferred, vide notification dated 20.08.2025 from Monkey 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that since he has already served in the difficult area, the prayer made by him as per annexure P-3 be considered by the competent authority, who has not taken any decision so far.

in
view
the
aforementioned circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that once the petitioner has made a representation averring therein the aforementioned circumstances, respondent No.1 has to decide the same within some reasonable time.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1, to decide the representation dated 03.01.2026 (Annexure P-3), within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case the petitioner seeks a personal hearing, the same may be afforded to him. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 30 th April, 2026
