The petitioner is the widowed daughter of a former employee of Group – D in the Susil Kar College. The requisite papers of the petitioner had been given to the college authorities, which the college authorities were obliged to forward to the Director of Public Instruction i.e. respondent no. 2. 2. Inspite of service none appears for the college authorities. 3. The petitioner will deposit copies of the requisite documents as specified in the Memo No. 308 C/Pen dated 03.07.2025 by February 15, 2026. 4. The respondent no. 2 is directed to give a hearing to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no. 8, who shall be directed to appear with originals of all requisite submitted by the petitioner by February 28, 2026. 5. Upon such hearing, the respondent no. 2 will dispose of the matter by March 15, 2026 and intimate the 2 result of such representation to the petitioner by March 20, 2026. 6. With the aforestated directions, the present writ petition is disposed of. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
