1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State.
2. The applicant who is in custody since 29.07.2023 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Godda (town) P.S. Case No.174 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No.1307 of 2023 and S.T. No.28 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 376, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on cognizance was taken under Sections 341, 342, 376, 379 and 411 read with Section 34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Godda.
3. It appears that prayer for bail of the applicant had been rejected twice vide
order dated 24.01.2024 and vide order dated 19.12.2024 in B.A. No.9361 of 2023 and in B.A. No.8058 of 2024 respectively. Now the ground has been taken that out of nine charge-sheeted witnesses only four witnesses have been examined. Further, the prosecutrix has not been examined till date.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of FIR along with its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.

6. Considering the period of custody and the stage of the trial, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Godda in connection with Godda (town)
