JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, petitioners are assailing the endorsement dated 02.03.2023 (Annexure-H) issued by the respondent, inter - alia, sought for direction to the respondent - Authority to consider the representation dated 10.10.2022 (Annexure-G). 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. This Court, vide order dated 25.07.2022 passed in W.P. No.23409/2018 (Annexure-F), has dismissed the writ petition filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 02.03.2018. In that view of the matter, the respondent has issued the impugned endorsement at - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010190852023 NC: 2026:KHC:53231 WP No. 8549 of 2023 Annexure-H, based on the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.23409/2018 (Annexure-F). Therefore, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
