1. The petitioner has filed this present writ petition praying for, inter alia, a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to supply a copy of the order sheet in J. Misc. Case No.01/2016, which had been disposed of by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Jhalda-II, District- Purulia, being the respondent no.4 herein. 2. The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the aforesaid case was initiated in compliance of the order dated

13.10.2015 passed by West Bengal Land Reforms & Tenancy Tribunal in O.A. No.2383/2015. 3. The aforesaid O.A No.2383/2015 case was filed by the petitioner alleging inaction on the part of the respondent no.4 for not disposing of the representation filed by the petitioner for correction of a certificate record. 4. The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that if the said prayer for supply of the aforesaid order sheet is allowed, no other prayer is required to be considered by this Court. 5. The learned advocate representing the State/respondent fairly submits that the respondent no.4 is ready and willing to supply a copy of the order sheet in J. Misc. Case No.01/2016 to the petitioner, if the petitioner applies for the same. 6. In view of such submissions, this writ petition, being WPA 26560 of 2025, is disposed of by directing the petitioner to apply for a copy of the order sheet in J. Misc. Case No.01/2016 before the respondent no.4 within a period of 10 days from today. 7. The respondent no.4, being the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Jhalda-II, District-Purulia, is directed to supply a copy of the order sheet in J. Misc. Case No.01/2016 to the petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the aforesaid application. 8. There will be no order as to costs. W.P.A . 26560 of 2025

Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents. 10.
