To kindly direct the respondents’ authority to continue the petitioners in their service till the appointment of regular vacancies. 2. To kindly issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction to release the entire salary of the petitioners from April 2024 to March 2025 along with applicable interest. 3. To kindly declare the end of the petitioner’s services to as illegal and direct the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioners or any other appropriate government employment scheme. 4. To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of reply filed by the State, petitioners have submitted representations before the CMHO, Raigarh and Collector, Raigarh which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to those respondents to consider and take decision on claim of petitioner. 3. Submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners is not opposed by learned counsel for respective respondents. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 2 and 5 to consider and take decision on pending representations in both the writs, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. 4 / 4 5.
