The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the Order dated 15.12.2025, passed by the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as, ‘DRAT’). 4. At the outset, a preliminary objection, with respect to the maintainability of the present writ petition to the extent that whether the challenge to an impugned Order passed by the learned DRAT This is a digitally signed order.
