Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services–III appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. The present writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings vide Rc.No.2503/B3/2022 dated 10.02.2023, whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension. Subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated into service vide proceedings in Lr.Rc.No.2503/B3/2022 dated 23.06.2026. It is further stated in the said proceedings that the interim orders passed by this Court in I.A. No. 1 of 2023 in W.P. No. 4471 of 2023 dated 24.02.2023 have been complied with, and further action was also dropped against the petitioner, who was subsequently retired from service on attaining superannuation on 31.05.2026. 3. Recording the proceedings dated 23.06.2026, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
