Learned Counsel for the alleged contemnors has submitted that all payments in terms of this Court’s order has been made. 2. Mr. Banerjee, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that his client has received some payments and only wants a month wise break up of the same. 3. Let such break up be communicated to Mr. Banerjee by the learned Counsel for the alleged contemnors. 4. The alleged contemnor nos.3 and 4 are personally present before this Court. 5. Their personal appearance is dispensed with. 6. The application for dispensation of presence of the alleged contemnor nos.1 and 2 is considered and allowed. 2 7. Their personal presence is also dispensed with in this proceeding. 8. Let affidavit-of-compliance be filed in course of the day. 9. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application. 10. W.P.C.R.C. 53 of 2021 shall stand disposed of. 11. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged. 12.
