Accused No.1 in Crime No.154/2026 registered by Manchenalli Police Station, Chikkaballapura, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 189(2), 191(2), 115(2), 133, 352 and 190 of BNS, 2023, is before this Court, in this petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, seeking regular bail. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. FIR in Crime No.154/2026 was registered by Manchenalli Police Station, Chikkaballapura, for the aforesaid offences against petitioner and others based on the first information dated 11.07.2026 received from Chinnappaiah, who is the father of injured victim Adarsh. In the said case, petitioner was arrested on 12.07.2026 and remanded to judicial custody. His bail application filed before the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl.Misc.No.385/2026 was rejected on 28.07.2026. Therefore, he is before this Court. 4. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that there is a long standing civil dispute between the two parties - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010602742026 NC: 2026:KHC:54163 CRL.P No. 13640 of 2026 and in this background, the parties had fought against each other on 07.07.2026. First information is belatedly submitted on 11.07.2026, which is after a period of four days from the alleged date of incident. Wound Certificate of the injured victim made available to this Court by learned HCGP would go to show that injured victims have suffered only simple injuries in the incident in question. Accused Nos.2 to 6 have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.P.No.13048/2026 on 18.09.2026. Petitioner is in custody in the present case from 12.07.2026 onwards. Major portion of the investigation is already completed. Accordingly, the following order:- 5. The petition is allowed.
