Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for a direction upon the CBI for taking appropriate steps for registering a case but after filing or the present writ application, the petitioner has received a communication from the CBI dated June 15, 2026 wherein the CBI instructed the petitioner to file a fresh complaint with regard to the subject matter and CBI will take appropriate steps if any complaint is filed by the petitioner. 3. In view of the communication received by the petitioner from the CBI, the petitioner is intending to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to file a complaint before the CBI for taking appropriate steps. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, WPA 13524 of 2026 is dismissed as 2 withdrawn with the liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 5.
