They submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, vide order dated 07.01.2026, the petitioner has been reinstated and they will pass an order assigning the work to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid submission, in my opinion, no contempt is made out. Accordingly, this contempt is dropped.
