3. By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the decreetal amount of Rs. 44,600/, deposited by the non applicants.
4. The main revision has been dismissed by this Court on 11.11.2022, as the learned counsel for the petitioner has withdrawn the same.
5. In view of the averments as made in the application, the amount of Rs. 44,600/ along with up to date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant, by remitting the same to its bank accounts,
particulars of which have been mentioned in para No. 4 of the application. Application is, thus, disposed of. ( Virender Singh )
