Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved that in spite of directions of the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal, the respondent authorities have not complied with the order confirmed. 3. Mr. Chaturvedi, learned senior Advocate appearing for the State, in his usual fairness, has submitted that the orders of the learned Tribunal have to be complied and merely prays for enlargement of time to enable his clients to comply with the directions of the learned Tribunal. He also submits that the orders have attained finality and have to be complied. 4. He prays for some time to ensure the compliance. 5. In view of the stand taken by the authorities, the concerned authority is directed to comply with the 2 order within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 6. Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the learned Additional Chief Secretary, operating as the Principal Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Department of Home and Hill Affairs within a period of two weeks from date. 7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 8. There will be no order as to costs. 9.
