Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for kind perusal. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent number no. 3 & 4 to re- fix and sanction the pension of the petitioner and other emoluments, strictly on the basis of Grade Pay ₹5400, being the last Grade Pay drawn by the petitioner at the time of his retirement (Annexure-P/3), and to grant all consequential benefits including payment of arrears arising with effect from 30.11.2015. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2026 (Annexure P/8), in accordance with law. 10.4 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant the benefit of third time scale pay to the petitioner in term of the circular issued by the finance department Dated 08.08.2018 (Annexure- P/11) with all consequential benefit along with suitable interest. 10.5 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 10.6 Cost of the petition may also be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that after getting knowledge about the wrong fixation of the pension amount, petitioner has submitted representation before the respondent No.4 3 on 31.01.2026 (Annexure P/8) which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the respondent No.4 to consider and take decision on pending representation at the earliest within a specific time period. He also submits that if claim of the petitioner is to be allowed, than direction be issued to respondent No.4 to make necessary payments at the earliest. 3. Counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and also considering the documents Annexure P/9 & P/10, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of, directing the respondent No. 2 & 4 to take decision on the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably, within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
