The petitioner appears in person. He has been heard in details. 2. The petitioner apprehends that the bank may take steps to recover certain amount from his pension account allegedly on the ground of overdrawn payment. Specific case of the petitioner is that he has not received any amount in excess to his entitlement. 3. Learned Advocate representing the bank submits that, as on date, no decision has been taken to recover any amount from the petitioner’s pension amount. Page 2 4. Affidavit -of -compliance filed by the bank in Court today is taken on record. A copy of the same has been handed over to the petitioner in Court today. 5. It appears therefrom that the petitioner is receiving a sum of Rs. 43,672/- as pension per month. The bank has paid Rs. 3/- in excess to the petitioner every month. The bank may take steps to recover the excess amount at a subsequent stage. 6. As on date, it appears that, there is no cause of action for the petitioner to proceed with the instant contempt petition. 7. Accordingly, CPAN 971 of 2026 stands disposed of. 8. Connected application also stands disposed of. 9. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 10.
