(Oral) Since all the writ petitions involve common facts and questions of law, they are being decided by this common judgment and order. However, for the sake of convenience, facts of WPMS No.1164 of 2026 are alone being considered. 2. These writ petitions have been filed by petitioners feeling aggrieved by the orders dated 13.08.2025 passed by Registrar-respondent No.1 University, whereby, petitioners were debarred from the 2026:UHC:3285 2 2nd semester of First Year for the academic session 2023- 24 of B.Tech Four year Course, pursuant to decision of Vice Chancellor-respondent No.2 University. 3. It is the case of petitioners that they took admission with the respondent-University in B.Tech Four year Course for the academic session 2023-27. During examination of the 2nd semester of First Year, petitioners were found using unfair means in the said examination and accordingly, they were debarred for the Academic Year 2023-24. 4. Petitioners approached this Court by filing different writ petitions, which were disposed of by Coordinate Bench of this Court in terms of judgment dated 02.11.2023 passed in WPMS No.1612 of 2023 Dipesh Phulera Vs. G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, District Udham Singh Nagar and Others, and connected writ petition and the petitioners were permitted to make representation(s) to the learned Vice Chancellor regarding debarment. 5. Petitioners pursued the other Academic Year of aforesaid Course. Representation(s) of petitioners was decided by Registrar-University on the direction of learned Vice Chancellor-University and the debarment of petitioners was restricted only for 2nd semester of First Year for the one academic session 2023-24. It is feeling aggrieved by the said order, petitioners are before this Court. 6. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that this Court vide order dated 18.02.2026 has decided a writ petition (M/S) No.2555 of 2025 Aryansh Singh Vs. G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology and Another, which was allowed by this Court and the debarment order was quashed on the ground that petitioner therein had 2026:UHC:3285 3 only scrabbled certain things on the palm and it was nowhere stated whether that information was utilized by the petitioner therein in the examination or not. 7. Learned counsel for petitioners further submits that the case of petitioners is exactly identical the same and is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment and order dated 18.02.2026 passed in writ petition (M/S) No.2555 of 2025 Aryansh Singh Vs. G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology and Another. 8. Learned counsel for respondents-University admitted the submission made by learned counsel for petitioners that the controversy involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment dated 18.02.2026 and these writ petitions can also be decided in terms of the said judgment. 9. Accordingly, these writ petitions are allowed in terms of the judgment dated 18.02.2026 passed in writ petition (M/S) No.2555 of 2025 Aryansh Singh Vs. G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology and Another. Impugned orders dated 13.08.2025 passed by Registrar- respondent No.1 University are hereby quashed. 10.
