Hence the above petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty to challenge the Criminal Proceedings arising out of registration of the case in CC No. 63/2025, arising out of Crime No. 218/2024 of Huilyar Police Station. 3. Accepting the said memo and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet so laid and/or file an application for discharge before the trial Court.
