Heard the parties. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the plot which the petitioners want to sale / purchase is being kept under the prohibited list and the respondents are not allowing to register the deeds. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, taking instructions from the respondents, categorically submits that if the petitioners want to get the land registered pertaining to Khata No.12, Plot No.44, Thana No.05, Mauza Yadutand, Plot No.44 having an area of 14.51 Acres, he has to file an appropriate application and should follow all the formalities which needs to be followed for registering the deeds. He also submits that there is no such general prohibition from registering the sale or purchase deed in respect of the aforesaid land in question. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents forwards a communication date 18.03.2026 contained in Memo No.421 is kept on record. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, liberty is given to the petitioners to present the sale-deeds before the Registering Authority for the land for which the petitioners want to sale or 2026:JHHC:7607 2 purchase. Once the same is presented, the respondents will take appropriate action as per law. 6. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
