This bail application has been filed on behalf of Ajay Kumar and Rakesh Kumar @ Munna Manjhi who are in custody since 27.07.2025 in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 228 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 303(2) of the BNS pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma, is pressed into motion. One stolen motorcycle is alleged to be seized from conscious physical possession of the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners were ignorant about the fact that the motorcycle was stolen one. They have no criminal antecedent and they earn their livelihood by working as waiter in hotel. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
