The petitioner, feeling aggrieved by the order dated 24.06.2025 passed by the Director, Health Services, H.P, whereby her request to transfer her from IGMC Shimla to any of the station of her choice in District Solan, H.P. was rejected. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. A perusal of the communication dated 29.04.2026, reveals that one sanctioned post of Staff Nurse is available at CHC Patta Mehlog, District Solan, H.P. 4. Once the respondents, as per their abovesaid communication, have conveyed this Court that one sanctioned post of Staff Nurse is lying vacant at CHC Patta Mehlog, District Solan, H.P., no prejudice will be caused to the respondents, in case, the petitioner is considered and posted at that post. 5. Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances of the case, coupled with the communication coming forth from the respondents themselves, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the posting of the petitioner at CHC Patta Mehlog, District Solan, H.P. 6. In view of this, the Director, Health Services, is directed to pass the consequential order within a period of 3 one week from today. 7. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
