JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed the seeking following prayer: "Wherefore, it is prayed this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: a) Set-aside the sale Notice dated 14.01.2022 issued by the respondent (Annexure-C) b) Grant such other relief/s, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant, under the circumstances of the petition, in the interest of justice." 2. The writ petition is filed questioning the sale notice dated 14.01.2022. The notice is served on the Canara Bank. No vakalat is filed. An interim order is passed on 10.02.2022. Considering the fact that the writ petition is filed questioning the sale notice and the petitioner has an alternative remedy to go before the DRT.
