Status report stands filed asserting that Section 109 of BNS was deleted because it was found after investigation that such an offence was not committed. It has further been stated that the petitioner had joined the investigation and is cooperating with the Investigating Officer. Status report does not mention the further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required. Hence, in these circumstances the order dated 27.04.2026 is made absolute, subject to the following conditions: I) The petitioner will not intimidate the witnesses, nor with he influence any evidence in any manner whatsoever; II) The petitioner shall attend the trial in case charge sheet is presented against him and will not seek unnecessary adjournments; III) The petitioner will not leave the present address for a continuous period of seven days
