Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner complains of seizure list witness being manipulated. Let the said issue be canvassed before the learned Special Court. So far as the records of the learned Trial Court are concerned, I find that there are observations regarding other issues concerned, but so far as the seizure list is concerned, since such a point was not canvassed, learned advocate for the petitioner is granted liberty to first canvass the issues before the learned Trial Court and thereafter approach this Court. With the aforesaid observations, without commenting on the merits of the prayer for bail, the application being CRM (NDPS) 1984 of 2026 is disposed of. 2 Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.
