In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and as prayed by the applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(i), order dated 29.11.2025, passed in CMP No.25746 of 2025 is modified only to the extent that the share of deceased Surat Ram in the total awarded amount of compensation is divided into five equal shares, out of which, four shares be released in favour of the applicants/ respondents No.1(a) to 1(d) equally and the 5th share of deceased Surat Ram be released in favour of applicants/ respondents No.1(e) to 1(i) equally.
