Mr. Randhawa, learned counsel for the petitioner after making his Page No.# 2/2 submissions at some length, has submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has received a Communication dated 17.03.2026 from the respondent N.F. Railway authorities providing clarification in response to its Representation as regards grant of Experience Certificate and the petitioner is desirous of pursuing the matter with the respondent N.F. Railway authorities by submitting a response to the Communication dated 17.03.2026. Submitting so, Mr. Randhawa, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition, in order to pursue the matter further with the respondent N.F. Railway authorities. Mr. Gogoi, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that he has no objection if the writ petition is not pressed by the petitioner to enable him to pursue the matter further. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is closed as not pressed. Liberty stands reserved to the petitioner to pursue the matter with the respondent N.F. Railway authorities as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is expected that if any representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent authorities would give a consideration to the matter as per extant rules and regulations and on its own merits.
