Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by petitioner’s counsel. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Uttarakhand (respondent no. 2) to take decision on representation made by the petitioner, as per law, within ten weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
