The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to set-aside and quashed the impugned select list dated 25.03.2026 with respect to petitioner and Respondents No. 3, 4 & 5 for the post of Junior Judicial Assistant, in the interest of justice; 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct Respondent No. 2 to supply evaluated Hindi Typing Answer Sheet to the petitioner and further direction for revaluation of the Hindi Typing Answer Sheet may be issued, in the interest of justice; 10.3 That, the select list pertaining to the petitioner may be issued after revaluation and the petitioner may be allowed to participate in the further process of promotion to the post of Junior Judicial Assistant, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly pass any necessary order or direction to respondent authorities which may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 would submit that after filing of this writ petition, the appointment order has been issued on 09.04.2026 and therefore, the petition in its form would not be maintainable. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view fo the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file better petition, if the petitioner so desire. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 5. Certified copy as per rules.
