Heard Shri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 and Shri H.N. Pandey, learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2. In view of the order being passed, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondent No.3. 3. The petitioner passed High School Examination from S.R. International School, Bareilly in the year 2021. Her mother's name is "Anamika Singh", correctly indicated in the High School Marksheet, however, the grievance is that in the Certificate of Class XII and Migration Certificate, mother's name is erroneously entered as "Amamika Singh". 4. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for the respondent No.3 to correct the name of petitioner's mother in the aforesaid certificates. 5. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 very fairly submits that grievance of the petitioner appears to be genuine and he requests the Court to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.2 to look into the matter and after calling upon the report from the respondent No.3 to issue a direction to decide the matter at the level of Authority of the respondent No.2 within a short period of time. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:- Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Jay Shanker, Sunil Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Hridai Narain Pandey Raj Vikaram Singh .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and 2 others .....Respondent(s) (i). The respondent No.2 shall immediately take up the petitioner's application (Annexure No.5) to the writ petition for consideration; (ii) It shall call upon the respondent No.3 to submit relevant documents indicating the name of the petitioner's mother in its records within a period of three weeks from the date of intimation; (iii). As soon as the documents are received from respondent No.3, the Competent Authority of respondent No.2 shall pass appropriate orders; (iv). In case the petitioner's contention is found to be correct, necessary correction shall be immediately incorporated in the Certificate of Class XII and Migration Certificate and the same shall be served upon the petitioner either by the registered post or on his approaching the concerned office of the respondents or through Principal of the Institution; (v).
