Affidavit of service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record. 2. It is submitted that post registration of FIR during investigation of Monteswar Police Station Case No. 371 of 2026 dated 7th August, 2026 accused persons were apprehended. Subsequently, on 21st August, 2026 accused persons were enlarged on bail and thereafter they are creating disturbance which prompted petitioner to lodge further complaint on 25th August, 2026 before the concerned police authorities which did not yield any result. Petitioner prays for direction upon the concerned police authorities to provide 2 protection since accused persons are enlarged on bail. 3. State respondents and respondent nos. 5 to 9 are represented by learned advocates. 4. On behalf of State respondents communication dated 12th September, 2026 of Inspector-in- Charge, Monteswar Police Station, Purba Bardhaman is filed and same is taken on record. Copies of said communication are made over to learned advocate representing petitioner and private respondents. 5. It is disclosed in the said communication steps taken by the police authorities while investigating Monteswar Police Station Case No. 371 of 2026 dated 7th August, 2026. In addition thereto, it is also disclosed that after lodging complaint dated 25th August, 2026 narrating incident allegedly took place on 24th August, 2026 one GD entry was made on 25th August, 2026 and subsequent thereto Non Cognizable Report dated 27th August, 2026 under Sections 126/135(3) of BNSS was submitted. Accused persons in Monteswar Police Station Case No. 371 of 2026 dated 7th August, 2026 were granted bail. Therefore, petitioner is required to take steps in accordance with law, in the event petitioner finds presence of accused persons in the locale 3 causing serious problem. Since accused persons were enlarged on bail no further order is warranted in this writ petition. 6. Writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
